These terms govern the use of automazionezeli.com and related services, including the Liara AI assistant, the zelistore.it reference e-commerce and the FlowForge workflow tools. By using the site you accept the following terms.

Service description
The automazionezeli.com site offers a conversational chat service (Liara) for technical consultation on industrial components from the Zeli historical catalog. Liara does not perform direct sales: it directs the user to the zelistore.it shop for purchase. Answers are AI-generated and may contain errors — final technical responsibility rests with the user.
Acceptable use
The user undertakes not to:
- Attempt system attacks (SQL injection, XSS, brute force, DDoS).
- Perform massive scraping of the catalog or Liara without written authorization.
- Submit prompts that violate Italian/EU laws (hate speech, illegal, etc.).
- Attempt to bypass Liara's system instructions (prompt injection, jailbreak).
- Resell or redistribute access to the service without a commercial agreement.
Intellectual property
The site, textual content, logo, design, proprietary source code and the Liara AI model are owned by Zeli SRL and/or respective licensors. Reproduction without written authorization is prohibited. Product catalogs contain registered trademarks of respective owners (Parker, Eaton, Honeywell, etc.).
Limitation of liability
Zeli SRL provides the service 'as is'. Liara's responses are for informational purposes and do not replace certified technical consulting. We do not guarantee 100% accuracy of technical information; always verify with our sales force or technical manager before critical orders. Zeli's liability is limited to the maximum legal value for free services.
Indemnification
The user undertakes to indemnify Zeli SRL against any third-party claim arising from improper use of the service, including cyber attacks, malicious prompts or unauthorized reuse of content.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the service in case of violation of these terms, abuse, or for technical/legal needs, without notice.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Italian law and EU law. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Modena, subject to mandatory consumer protection rules.
